The paper MUST include (required) information from a minimum of three (3) journals from Florida National University (FNU) Library Database of Journals (LIRN) ..., any other source of information would be additional to the three Journals... Students MUST choose the journals that include and discuss the topic chosen, obtain information from them, and then write the paper... NOTE: Points will be deducted if APA Writing Guidelines, the above included APA Style Paper Format, and Instructions provided by the Instructor are not followed... As the Topic for your paper, students may choose any subtitle from any chapter from the Textbook of this course It is not required to write the paper about the whole chapter, only a fraction of it, the part that more interests you, or that you best understand or like... Any Topic chosen that it is not from a chapter from the textbook will be rejected...!!! The Literature Review Paper MUST be completed and uploaded as a Word Document, otherwise the system will not identify it and I will not be able to grade it, therefore, you may not receive the points earned... Do not type the paper information directly on this unit item... Only a Word Document uploaded will be accepted and evaluated...!!! To assure your paper has complied with requirements, students should take the paper to the FNU Writing Laboratory for previous revision before the paper is uploaded Students, there is only one attempt to upload the paper, therefore, before you upload it, assure yourself the paper has complied with APA Writing Guidelines, the Document above, and my own instructions, otherwise you will lose points: The paper MUST have a Total minimum of seven (7) pages as follows: Page #1 =====>>> Title page (on a page by itself Page #2 =====>>> Abstract page (on a page by itself) Page #3, #4, and #5 (minimum) =====>>> Body Narrative pages (minimum of three pages, all three by itself) Page #6 =====>>> Conclusion page (on a page by itself) Page #7 =====>>> References page (on a page by itself)/n Research Paper/Literature Review Format - Research Paper/Literature Review must include: Title Page (only one page on the front of paper) Abstract (one paragraph or half a page after the Title page) Body (3-5 pages or as required by professor) - with In-Text Citations Conclusion (one paragraph or half a page before the References) References Title page must include: Header Running Head Title Student Name Florida National University Abstract: This page must be titled "Abstract" using regular writing rules The Abstract must include 6-9 complete sentences or half a page the most not more. The Abstract MUST be typed on a Block format and not Indented - Abstract should be on a page by itself Body Narrative of the Research Paper/Literature Review: The Body pages must be titled with the title of the paper on the first page of the Body only - Body Narrative MUST include In-Text Citations indicating a minimum of three Journals from the Library Journal Database Body (Narrative) will require as many pages as indicated by the professor Conclusion: The Conclusion page must be titled “Conclusion” using regular writing rules The Conclusion must include 6-9 complete sentences or half a page the most ― not more - Conclusion should be on a page by itself References page: The References page must be titled "References" using regular writing rules and even if only one reference is available the titled must be in plural "References" - Sources should be listed on alphabetical order - First line of each Reference should begin on the margin – every line after that for each Reference should be Indented Specific format to the Paper: Double Space throughout the complete paper All margins around each page to be 1 inch Typeface produced on a word processor (Font Style) "Times New Roman" Size of typeface (Font size) "12 Point Font (no larger or smaller) Specific format to the Title Page: - Running Head – typed on the left hand upper side of paper - not included with the Header and Page # Header and Page # - typed on the right hand upper side of paper - use header and page # functions on computer (a skill student must learn using Word) Title – typed on the center middle of the Title page – Title name selected by student representing the Hypothesis of the paper - a good title will be represented by three or more words _ Student Name - below the title (do not forget - Double Space throughout) Florida National University – name of the university below the student name - Specific format to the Abstract: The Abstract is to be formatted in a Block format (not indented) - It is a summary of your paper and must represent and include the Hypothesis (your expectations from the Research/Literature Review) - Any relevant to the Hypothesis or the contrary research found The conclusion you have made based on the research Specific format to the Body (Narrative): The Body is a narrative that may include a selected (by the student) summary of each original Journal and/or Literature Review (as indicated by the professor) used as a source of information to write the paper with their respective citations (authors of source of information used to write the paper and it follows a specific format) Conclusion: The Conclusion may include the assumptions the student came about as a result and after reading and studying the different Journal and/or Literature Reviews selected to write the paper References: References page holds a list of all sources chosen to write the Research Paper This list must be in alphabetical order by Authors last name, and it must follow a specific format This list may include any Journal, Literature Review, Book, Newspaper, Website, Social Media, etc. which has been used as a source to write the Research Paper. References page is designed in its own format as required by APA
