Objectives In part A, the objective is to find the permeability of the substance inside the solenoid by the relationship between voltage and current with unchanged angular frequency. With the equation

of V₁ = μCool, where C is constant in both parts, the plot of the relationship has a slope m uCw. By observation, we find out that the voltage is increased as the current is going up. In part B of this experiment, the objective is still to find the permeability of Nylon by the relationship between voltage V and angular frequency with constant current. Similarly as part A, we find out the relationship presented by the plot indicates a positive slope. Specifically, the voltage of the pickup coil goes up with increased angular frequency.
