Part 3: Periodisation Justification (500 words)

Following the presentation and justification of your training program, you will need to describe the

method of periodisation you have used, and how you would progress the training program moving

forward for another block of training (i.e., imagine you were working with this client for another 4

weeks).

In this final section it is imperative that you use relevant literature to support your rationale behind

your choice of periodisation, and the methods of progressing training over time. Make sure to

consider the various models of periodisation and how they apply to different types of athletes, and
