microprocessor. The microprocessor passes the data and an 8-bit unsigned THRESHOLD (related to a noise level) to t FPGA. The microprocessor receives the noisy data sent back from the FPGA only after a push bu on the FPGA board is pushed, and sends the noisy data to the PC for display.
