You are one of the final applicants being considered for a management position at a zero-to-three community-based program. They have asked
you to come in for a final day of interviews and to present on one of the following topics of your choice: emotional development, temperament,
attachment, caregivers and interaction with infants, or Piaget's theory of development. You must demonstrate your expertise on the topic in
an engaging way in order to have a chance to obtain this job.
Your presentation must demonstrate your knowledge and understanding on the topic, including current and/or relevant research, stages
involved, and a community-based program or school that would work with an infant on the topic. As an example, would Early Head Start or
another program help a child and/or parent in learning about attachment?
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the selected topic.
• Include current and relevant research on the selected topic.
Identify one community-based program or school that works with infant on the selected topic.
• Create an engaging and professional presentation that flows in a logical sequence.
