Suppose the human resources manager put his all efforts to launch new and effective techniques within the organization to develop human resources. In that case, the chances of company growth can be maximized at large. Human resource management can play the role of a performance manager in ensuring the success of this company, as there is a great need to measure the efficiency and qualifications of employees. Human resource managers have to launch some effective programs for the performance measurement of employees, such as scientific or traditional methods of performance measurement. They can take out highly competent employees for work and promotions through performance management. The performance of employees and their contribution towards company success will decide their position and ability to get some extra power within the company. Human resource management can also be a strategic trainer within the company. The human resource department or HR manager has to analyze the need and type of training required in the company because there can be employees who are highly qualified and fully educated according to their status. Still, they have less knowledge of company work. Then, there is a need to launch some training programs for them based on their need. i.e., whether it will be on-the-job or off-the-job training, the training period, arrangements for employee training, etc., should be decided by the human resource manager.
