Describe and illustrate a likely Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS)

arrangement of the project within the programme. Explain the rationale

behind your design by considering communication, hierarchy, control,

contractual, organisational and project boundaries and any other

components.

in each case suggest a possible response that may be available through the
