400 words]/nAssess different theories and characteristics of instructional leadership utilizing available

literature. Ensure the use of literature (Journal Articles) to formulate points. [15 Marks, 600

words]

Compare and contrast the traditional and current research and practices associated with

innovation in instructions. The comparison must be comprehensive and inclusive of real-life

examples [10 Marks, 600 words]

Design an instructional framework for the institution for one hypothetical change scenario to

inform about future practices within educational setting. This framework should be inclusive

of but not limited to the timelines and resources also. [15 Marks, 800 words]

Conclusion [5 Marks, 300 words]
