Team Paper This is a team assignment. Each team must use the R tool to use for the project. Your team will have to find a problem to solve that deals with data and data sources. The team should meet prior to the residency weekend and agree to which problem they will solve. There should be data available online to pull from.

Proposal AIM: In this report we will analyze the spread of Covid-19 in South Africa by using various data processing and visualizations. This proposal focuses on data wrangling and visualization of the data necessary for visualising the spread of Covid-19 in South Africa. Data: We will get the live cases data of daily Covid – 19 cases from the following website: https://mediahack.co.za/datastories/coronavirus/data/. We will also get the provincial data from this site to get some specific provincial data analysis. In this data we have daily active cases, deaths, vaccinations and recoveries data. Tools and techniques: In this analysis we will use R-Studio software for all the data loading and visualizations. For the visualization plots we will use ggplot2 library. This analysis will primarily focus on data cleaning, wrangling, transformation, and visualisation with R-Studio. In this tidyverse, dplyr, and stats libraries will also be used for various analysis and data processing. While doing the data cleaning NA values will be checked and removed, data type of columns will be checked and converted to usable format such as string type to proper date format for forecasting will be done. For the analysis we will also check data for any sort of outliers.
