The Assessment Your line manager has asked you to set out what steps could to be taken to maximise value from this property prior to sale. Your line manager would also

like you to identify and explain some of the issues your client might need to deal with as a residential landlord and whether, in your view, they should sell or hold the property at the present time. This answer should be presented in a problem-solving essay format that the line manager can then use as the basis of their report to the client. The word limit for this assessment is up to 2000 words. This assessment tests the achievement of learning outcomes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 and partial achievement of learning outcome 5 for the module: 1.
