(That is, if y = 12, then V1 = 736 m/s). Use a cold-air standard (constant specific heats). The pressure ratio across the compressor is 8. The maximum temperature for the cyde is 1450°C. Find the: a. Temperature just after the diffusor. b. The heat addition in the combustion chamber (or heat exchang er) . Find the velocity at the exit of the nozzle. c. Find the temperature at the exit of the turbine.
