Two ways in which I monitored and adjusted my learning to improve your clinical skills and
performance and preparedness for entry level practice during this learning,
2. Describe the knowledge, skills, and behaviors (KSB) related to your future career that

Some knowledge, skills and behaviors strengths relating to the nursing field that emerged
during my clinical experience are communication knowledge, empathy, cultural awareness,
ethical behaviors with my patients and advocating for the patient by collaborating with my co-
workers. When I'm caring for my patient I used therapeutic communication by using active
listening, using open-ended questions or sit with them in silence with the patient so I can better
understanding of the patient, touch on the needs of the patient and help build a trustful
relationship between patient and nurse. Some of my strengths in knowledge are diabetes
management, pharmacology, TBI injuries and patient education
