recommendations.

Your presentation should outline your chosen organization, along

with your three recommendations and the rationale behind them.

Grading:

• I will evaluate project in 4 main areas:

1. Creativity. Your ideas will of course be inspired by the concepts we

discussed in class, but you should think outside the box in terms of

how organizations can leverage behavioral economics insights.

Avoid simply copy and pasting examples we talked about in class to

your context.

2. Comprehension. Demonstrate a sound understanding of how

behavioral biases and heuristics would change behavior and why.

Use terms and concepts from class correctly.

3. Completeness. Include all components of the project that are

delineated above and submit your project on time.

4. Thoughtfulness and realism. Have you thought things through?

Do you have a good understanding of not only how people may

respond positively to your changes, but also any potential

downsides? Could the organization realistically implement your

changes? Would the financial benefits of your changes outweigh the

costs of making them? Are your proposals for mitigating downsides

realistic?
