5. I feel quite comfortable with inclusive leadership styles where the leader incorporates everyone and everyone's thoughts. To be inclusive, a leader must genuinely think that each individual can contribute positively to the goal and demonstrate a willingness to actively listen to all members of the group. I have not yet developed the skill or knowledge of ‘Process orientation’ and eager to learn as it is a core element of a leadership that decides how the team will function.
