Work within a team, demonstrating interpersonal skills such as effective listening, negotiating, persuading and presentation. Please note that exceeding the word count by over 10% will result in a 10-percentage point deduction./nA ARDEN UNIVERSITY Assignment Task - Presentation This presentation is worth 30% of the total marks for the module. You are required to produce a PowerPoint presentation which you need to select a global organisation from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry (You can choose your own workplace if the organisation is in the same industry) and critically evaluate how culture and traditions have impacted and influenced the dynamics they interact with teammates, vendors and partners internationally, and how they can apply theories and concepts to enhance the way they manage such relationship. You will be required to submit a pre-recorded digital presentation individually (10-15 minutes presentation). Your presentation should: • Briefly identify the major cultural issues/challenges in the selected organization. (15 marks) • Identify impacts and contributions of national cultural differences on leading teams across international borders. (20 marks) Identify impacts of the evolving digital landscape and technology on the management and leadership of global teams and organisations. (30 marks) Explain how the selected organisation supports their global leaders to shape workforce for controlling the above-identified impacts. (35 marks) Relevant notes should be submitted with the slides. This should identify the initiatives being considered and a one-page explanation of how you will address the tasks. The feedback is designed to help you develop areas of your work and it helps you develop your skills as an independent learner. If you are a distance learning student, you should submit your work, by email, to your tutor, no later than 2 weeks before the actual submission deadline. If you are a blended learning student, your tutor will give you a deadline for formative feedback and further details. Formative feedback will not be given to work submitted after the above date or the date specified by your tutor - if a blended learning student. Your assessment can be submitted as a single PowerPoint (MS PowerPoint) or PDF file, or, as multiple files. If you chose to submit multiple files, you must name each document as the question/part you are answering along with your student number i.e. Q1 Section A STUXXXX. If you wish to overwrite your submission or one of your submissions, you must ensure that your new submission is named exactly the same as the previous in order for the system to overwrite it.
