About the datasets: Each lab has used a different napthyridine derivative in their experimental work. Please ensure you use the correct name for the drug allocated to your lab (Lab Allocation).

You can find the data for each of the experiments in the Assignment 1 CELLS Guidance & Datasets links. Please note that MTT and Immunofluorescence are on the SAME spreadsheet, but on different sheet tabs. 1. MTT dataset - MCF-7 cells treated with one of 5 different novel napthyridine derivatives (see lab allocations), at different doses for 1 hour to determine the IC50- (RF16662, SG58008, HL50125, KH61220, CS71042) 2. Immunofluorescence dataset - Total relative expression of MLKL clusters in MCF-7 cells after treatment with napthyridine derivative at IC50 for 6 hours. Each sample point (each line of data) refers to the total number of cells displaying relative expression of MLKL clusters after 6hr treatment with corresponding drug at IC50, quantified from 10 experimental images (fields of view) per condition (given values are means of these 10 images taken at 100X magnification). 3. Electrophoresis dataset - DNA extracted from MCF-7 cells after treatment with a napthyridine derivative for 6 hours at 2 different doses (IC50 and IC75). Lane 1 is the molecular weight marker, Lane 2 is (A) untreated or control cells, Lane 3 is (B) cells treated with drug at IC50, Lane 4 is (C) cells treated with drug at IC75
