Aim: The primary aim of this assignment is to introduce you to the concept of designing and executing an experiment, justifying your choices with evidence or logic, analyzing and using valid metrics of a psychological construct, and effectively communicating ideas. The secondary aim is to illustrate ways of implementing strategies that may improve your own practices in your academic or personal lives. In Unit 4 we have been learning about inhibitory control. We have also learned about ways to measure it. This assignment will provide you with an opportunity to improve your inhibitory control. As with Assignments 1 and 2, you will implement a strategy over 2-3 days, and then you will write a final assessment of your strategy and its outcomes. Please read the instructions below carefully.
