Build your narrative around your KPIs, interpret your findings and how they align with the business objective. 2. Identify the visuals that best support your findings. 3. Now that you have constructed your data model, open and select a presentation template. 4. Build your presentation, starting with title and self-introduction slides. 5. Create the body of your presentation using content slides (include proper titles for each key finding). 6. Insert tables and charts using your Excel model (link, embed, or both). 7. Support tables and charts with data interpretation. 8. Choose one slide, select its content, and change to SmartArt.
