Problem 1. (3 pts)
A viscous film drains uniformly down the side of a vertical rod of radius R. You may assume
that the flow is fully developed and that the liquid forms a film with a constant thickness of h.
You may also neglect the shear resistance due to the atmosphere. Use the shell balance approach
to determine the velocity distribution in the film.
