Quantum would like an actuarial report which details your recommended annualized trend estimate

which would be applied to 2022 rates to generate 2024 premiums for each line of business.

In the actuarial report, you should state the actuarial findings, and identify the methods, procedures,

assumptions, and data used with sufficient clarity that another actuary qualified in the same practice

area could make an objective appraisal of the reasonableness of the work as presented in the actuarial

report.
