Question

Description In your own words, answer this unit's discussion questions in a main post (minimum 200 words), and respond to at least two peers' postings (minimum 75 words each). Assignment Details There seems to be a "universal belief in God" or a sense of the Divine in every culture. Although there is no record of a civilization or culture wherein there was a complete denial of the existence of God, there has also never been a universally acceptable definition of God. Arguments about whether or not God exists have a lot to do with knowledge claims. Read Chapter 2: God and the Nature of Reality, and discuss the following questions: From the readings, what do you find to be the strongest reason why God exists or doesn't exist? Examples include the cosmological argument and the teleological argument. Choose 1 to explain. • Do you find the existence of evil to be incompatible with the existence of God? Why or why not?
