Assessments guide us to navigate the path of our strengths on a deeper level because they help us better understand how to maintain greater love and health in relationships. What value did you find in these assessments? It made me aware of my strengths and what to work on. I enjoyed taking the quiz on Your Primary Apology Language is: Make Restitution. I found effective ways to demonstrate sincerity in an apology. It can be difficult to accept your errors when you have been at fault, especially in a relationship. Learning to be humble and allowing to work through your wrongdoing allows you to have healthy relationships. I found the assessment on You are handling your anger well but can improve insightfully. My results stated that I was someone who likely handles anger well in many situations, but there are still times when anger is handling me. Recognizing the areas where I'm doing well in handling my anger, but also being cautious when my anger is not getting out of hand in other ways. Working with couples in marriage counseling it is important to apply a tool such as this survey to help provide the necessary tools to strengthen thier communication and promote a healthy relationship. If so, why? Yes, I would suggest the couples utilize the assessments. Because they provide tools that assist in strengthening areas they may be weak.
