Based on such a model for a rectangular cross-section cylindrical dielectric wave guide and TEz modes,perform the following tasks. (a) Write all the boundary conditions on the electric and magnetic fields that must be enforced. (b) Derive simplified expressions for the vector potential component, the electric and magnetic fields, and the cutoff frequencies.
