Establish the ridge 13'-0" above the finished floor. •Provide a slope of 1/4:12 with all elevations listed from the finish floor. Place three scuppers and downspouts on the front and rear and establish cant strips to provide drain- age to each roof drain. Provide continuous gutters on the mansard sur- rounding the main roof. Project the mansard 6 from the edge of the block wall. •Provide a 4" curb for roof-mounted heating and air- conditioning equipment. Curb to be installed by general contractor, based on sizes supplied by the HVAC supplier. •Show (4)-22" x 48" double-domed skylights equal- ly spaced over the parts and inventory areas and one centered over the break area.
