In the figure below, the single stepped-pulley with radius R2 and R/ can rotate about the fixed-point O and has mass inertia / about the same point. The pulley is restrained to rotation by a damper with damping constant c attached at its location of radius R2. The mass m is hanging from radius R/ via an in extensible cord and linking to a spring.Stiffness of spring is k. Please use the method of free body diagram and second law of motion to set up equation of motion of this system with respect to and find its natural frequency.
