In your current review of the organization, you have identified serious concerns in productivity, innovativeness, profitability (or cost effectiveness), and employee morale. You are now even more concerned with the CEO's plans to grow the organization over the next 3-5 years. In order to boost great performance and invention, it is essential to create measurable performance goals that are in line with the overall objectives of the organization. Regular reviews of performance are also part of this process. • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Set programs in place, as well-being programs, team- building trainings, and assortment and enclosure efforts, to boost employee engagement and self-confidence.
