Individual Assignment: Case Study Analysis Your report will be evaluated based on integrating course content; the clarity, appropriateness, and the assessment of the idea itself; along with complying with the expected section headings and structure. In your report: • Identify a case study of a company innovation project that has been well-documented. USE APPLE IPHONE ⚫ Using publicly-available sources in combination with interviews where possible, summarize the innovation project from its inception to its conclusion, including: o Insight: the original insight or observation leading to the innovation o Problem: description of the problem the innovation addressed and/or the unmet needs o Customer: description of the ideal customer who has the problem o Solution: description of the product and its core features o Development: address what was required to develop/produce/manufacture the product o Launch: describe how was the product made known to customers and where could they get it? • Analyze whether the project could be termed a success or failure. Identify which factors were influential to that outcome. Propose a feature that could be added to the next version of the product. Share best practices observed in the case study to apply to future innovation projects.
