In this team discussion, you gain a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Wikipedia as an information source by discussing some of the Wikipedia controversies linked in Lesson 7 of the module notes. Step 2: In an initial post of at least 100 words, answer the following questions:: Which controversy did you select? Provide a 2-3 sentence summary. Could this controversy have been avoided if Wikipedia followed the process used by peer-reviewed academic sources? If so, how? If not, why not? What lessons can we draw from this controversy that will help us to become better researchers? Step 3: Reply to the posts of at least two of your team members. In your replies, compare and contrast the controversies they selected with the one you researched.
