• Describe a situation where you experienced a lollipop moment.

Identify the leadership characteristics of the individual (s) involved in creating that moment for you. Or you can describe a situation in which you

created a lollipop moment for someone else and share your leadership characteristics.

• Describe how the leadership characteristics that create lollipop moments can be applied to your professional nursing role.
