Performance rating is the step in the work measurement in which the analyst observes the
worker's performance and records a value representing that performance relative to the analyst's
concept of standard performance. In this report, the team had to observe the task of dealing card
rating the performance of the operator through each cycle. After collecting the data, we had to
create a chart that will let the group know what is the frequency of each rator(loose, tight or
perfect)
