M2K HW#1 ELEC 2132 - Spring 2022 Objective: This homework provides an introduction to the ADALM2000 (or, the M2K) and provides an opportunity to apply KVL and KCL in the analysis of a simple circuit. Part 1 will walk you through the installation of software and setup of the ADALM2000. Part 2 will walk you through using the breadboard to build your circuit. Part 3 will walk you through taking measurements with the M2K. The assignment will be handed in electronically through canvas. A brief report will include a picture of your completed circuit, answers to the 5 questions posed, and tables with the data completed. You are free to use Excel, Matlab, Mathcad, or a calculator to compute data and or build tables. Enjoy the assignment! Part 1. Installing ADALM2000 drivers and Scopy on your PC Scopy is the software you will use to control and take measurements from your ADALM2000 (M2K). Note that Scopy is installed on all computers in NC 2610 (computer lounge) and EE labs NC 2408 and NC 2609.
