Management and Emergency Preparedness Assignment, your interview with the

Director of Emergency Management responsible for your community of interest's safety

during a disaster, and your participation in the Discussion Board. Remember that your

reflections will be based to a large extent on your interview, your opinions on whether

your community is prepared for a disaster, and how well you think your community can

deal with a disaster based on the data you gathered.

These questions should be answered in each journal entry. You may choose to

write your response in a paragraph, use an outline or use a bullet list, but ALL

points must be addressed by the student, including responses to the simulation

prompts.

This part of your Reflective Journal should not exceed 300 words. Your journal

entry should be divided into three sections, and your entry should not exceed 400

words total.
