/nTask: For this assessment you will be working individually to create an academic poster that communicates to business organisations the importance of having a motivated workforce and explains how different motivational theories and leadership styles can be used to improve motivation in the workplace. You are required to evaluate two of the motivational theories you have studied in this module and comment on their usefulness when applied to the modern workplace. Guidance: Your academic electronic poster will be a Microsoft Power Point single slide equating AO in size (which is 84.1cm by 118.9cm). You do not have to print your poster.
