Question

Part 2: Estimated 2-day food record

Using cronometer, produce a 2-day estimated food record for yourself. Record your estimated food

consumption for one weekday and one weekend day (1.5 marks per day). Use the intake sheets

provided (INTAKE-FORMS).

Note: Be sure to include all measurements in your assessment. Remember to include all food, fluids,

alcohol, sauces and condiments in your assessment. Be specific with the food/fluid items consumed (i.e.

1 slice Dempster's whole grain bread with 1 tsp butter and 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam + 125ml 1% milk).

Analyze your 2-day estimated food record and explain how it aligns/doesn't align with your calculated

energy and nutrient requirements. In preparation for Part 3, provide examples of specific dietary

changes you could make to be more in line with these recommendations. Discuss any special

requirements you have (allergies, diabetes, celiac, etc.) and include scholarly references to support the

dietary decisions you will make for your healthy diet plan (350-500 words). Use the provided template

called "Templates-part-1-and-2". (5 marks)
