Answer: Once I had a patient to be cared off who was 62 years of old lady. She was retired professor, suffering, from issue of sight loss. I was given charge to take care of her, during her eye operation. During the body check-ups, she was diagnosed some other complicated diseases. She took treatment for eyes and was fine, for which she spent her most of savings. Now, when she came to know about her other issues, which needed personalized care, and medications on time, she was not in conditions to afford further hospitalization to financial crunch. As, I was her care giver, I felt myself in ethical dilemma to leave her suffering in that conditions. I closed my eyes and pondered for a while to get answer from my spiritual consciousness. I thought that leaving her in agony will go against my spiritual philosophy and also it will go against bioethical principles. I took the decision to serve her by visiting her in my spare time and reminding her timely about the medications without any charges, I too contributed some money from my savings without letting her know to respect her autonomy and dignity, which is first principle of bioethics. The other bioethical principles also became my support for my spiritual accomplishments like for non-maleficence, I tried to minimize her pain of financial crunch by contributing in her medications, for beneficence, I tried to serve her by visiting her home and calling everyday timely for reminder of her medications. I have given her priority because I felt her age and conditions need justice with her as she would haver served a lot to society with her intellect and wisdom by guiding students as a professor (Principles of Bioethics | UW Department of Bioethics & Humanities, n.d.). During these works, I was completely honest with my hospital administration, I didn’t go against the hospital protocols, thus I was morally integrated to my workplace ethics. Secondly, my nursing ethical competencies were utilized to serve for highest purpose by communication over phone and visits due to the concern of the well being of the old lady professor (Koskenvuori et al., 2018). Thus, I can say, I was able to morally engaged with my spiritual consciousness in the above-mentioned experience of my health care service
