PART A - Introductory paragraph (subject, lesson topic, learning outcomes, brief description of the activities/assessments) A paragraph describing the learning episode that exceeded your expectations (i.e., exceeded the learning outcomes- example: the outcome was to explain the experiment steps and results using simple sentences, but 2 students produced a well-developed paragraph with illustrations and further questions). Add some information about the student(s) who exceeded your expectations with your interpretation about why this overachievement may have occurred. A paragraph describing the learning episode that did not fulfill your expectations (i.e., did not meet some or all of the learning outcomes)- examples: problems with engagement, participation, behavior challenges, unfinished work, inaccurate work submitted, low performance on assessment, etc. Add some information about the student(s) (examples: any diagnosis, special characteristics, strengths and learning limitations) with your interpretation about why this learning breakdown may have occurred (problems with the teaching strategies, difficulty level of the task, characteristics of the existing disability, lack of needed accommodations, etc.). ADD AT LEAST ONE REFERENCE related to the described disability/disabilities.
