Using a CD4538 and design a retriggerable monostable with the pulse width of 1ms. Suppose

the power supply is +5V. Use a 200 Hz, 0/+5V pulse as the trigger signal.

Simulate the circuit, use the oscilloscope tool to observe the input and output voltages

simultaneously. Complete the following table.
