Please explore the issue of consent and capacity from a legal context. In Canada Physician Assisted Death (PAD) is legal with some limitations. The decisions to allow Physician Assisted Death has been revisited with an eye towards expanding the practice. One of the areas that are being considered is whether or not children should have access to PAD.
