Problem 2. A mole of ideal aga at T1 and P1 is going through an adiabatic expansion process reversibly.At any point during the process, T and V of the gas can be correlated to T1 and P1 as: \frac{C_{V}}{R} \ln \frac{T}{T 1}=\ln \frac{V 1}{V} The system expands to V2. Calculate

(1) T2 and P2

(2) Find work done by the gas (per unit mole) by using dW = -PdV for the adiabatic expansion process, and show that it would give same result as given in the lecture W = Cv(T2-T1)
