A leveling survey was conducted to establish a profile of a highway. The recorded leveling data
are presented in a table below.
a) Reduce the levels by the height of instrument method and apply appropriate checks
b) The station 10 is a bench mark having elevation of 217.76 ft., determine the misclosure
and adjust the calculated values of the levels by applying necessary corrections.
c) Use a spreadsheet to prepare a diagram of a profile view (Hints: x-axis = distances, y-axis
= corrected elevations)
