The project can be a residential building, commercial complex, or infra- structure development. You should define the scope of the chosen project clearly; If you do not have a suitable construction project to work on, you can use suitable chapters in Kerzner (2017), e.g. Denver International Airport, to define the project scope; Kerzner, H. You are to develop the PM plan based on the project scope; you can make reasona- ble assumptions whenever necessary; You can use the "Project Management Plan" template at the CDC website: https://www2a.cdc.gov/cdcup/library/templates/default.htm to customise the template according to your needs; You should make the PM plan as detailed as you can; You will also have to develop an 8-10 min video that provides an overview of the PM plan. Submission Requirements: 40% of overall score (10% for video; 30% for PM plan); 4-5 members per team; • You are encouraged ● Under certain circumstances, the lecturer might need to reshuffle students to ensure that all teams have similar number of members; PM plan: No word limit, but succinctness is appreciated (submit as .docx file for checking of word count; e.g. "PM5101 Team 1.docx"); Presentation: submit as .mp4 file (e.g., "PM5101 Team 1.mp4").
