Question 5 Brothman was acting in a way that was contrary to what the board had decided, and Mohammad considered this to be a conflict of interest. He did not show any interest in the matters that were vital to the organization and its social workers. -The Elaboration Likelihood Model- Mohammed is able to utilize this theory to provide the social workers with more time to reflect on the current situation. He might utilize this as a starting point for brainstorming, and I have no doubt that the other social workers could come up with a more appropriate response to the problem at hand.
