1) Define what a "pedagogical model" is.

3) Describe at length, the four many reasons for models-based approaches are the future

of teaching physical education.

4) List all the pedagogical approaches that are discussed in chapter 2. Hint: the

PowerPoint does not cover all the approaches that are discussed in chapter.

5) What do Casey & Kirk mean when they talk about design specifications?

6) Define each of the following components of a model:

a. Main idea,

b. Critical Elements,

c. Intended learning aspirations, and

d. Pedagogy.

7) Create a table that includes the mains ideas, critical elements, intended learning

aspirations for all the models discussed in chapter 3. Supply this table in this

document, and print this out for your records.

8) Provide a bullet pointed list that reviews the main takeaways of the literature review

for EACH model discussed in chapter 4. Your bullet pointed list for EACH model

should be between 5-10 bullet points long.
