mean temperatures for the UK in 2019. Each column represents a month of the

year, column 1 is Jan, 2 is Feb etc. Each row represents a day of the month. The

max is 31, but not all months have 31 days, so in order to maintain a complete

array, NaN represent missing days, eg Feb has 28 days plus three NaNs

i. Create a vector of mean temperatures for each month
