to start typing! While writing, imagine that

your blog post will serve as a source of

information for readers wanting to learn

more about the topic. Of course, it won't

really be shared. However, you should

complete this activity as if it will be/ncomplete this activity as if it will be

published. You must include:

• One image that relates to the topic of

your blog post

• Information about one controversial use

of deadly force (e.g., Philando Castile,

Tamir Rice)

Your thoughts on the use of deadly

force by police officers in the United

States

• Your thoughts on how citizens can keep

themselves safe while interacting with

law enforcement

• Your thoughts on how the use of deadly

force could have economic

repercussions in affected communities

(i.e., citizens afraid to frequent certain

stores, etc.)/n• An idea about an ordinance or law that

could be put into place to help protect

officers/citizens while interacting
