It is the year 2030 and your selected company has gone out of business. Now you have been asked to write the obituary for your selected company. Each group will select a separate firm. Be sure to think about current, upcoming, and future consumer purchasing trends and technology that could disrupt the business or the overall industry itself (think Blockbuster, Sears, RadioShack, Payless Shoes, Pier 1 Imports, etc....) Step Three - As a group analysis the level of customer service that the firm is currently executing. How could they improve their systems? What do they do well? If you were the CEO, what would you change today? Step Four As a group build out your team's presentation. Remember the following is the minimum layout of your work and your project should be designed to present your work in about ten to 15 minutes or so!
