REFLECTION PAPER Page Break In today's culture, it is difficult for churches to handle the duty of spreading their message. Never before in history have there been such big audiences, such stark religious disparities, and such potent technology. However, a lot of Christians insist on giving answers that are straightforward, understandable, and frequently completely contrary to solid theology, effective communication, and common sense (Wyss-Giacosa and Facchini, 2019). I think that the effect that television has on many Christian homes and it worries me more and more. Of course, the instrument itself is without fault. The tower's roof contains no sin. The table on which the set is displayed is sinless. The sin is in watching the filth, in the enormous amount of time wasted, and in the unhealthy attitudes that TV frequently fosters. I have seen many shows like Footloose and it is considered a classic of the 1980s. the firm portrays the willing to wager that if an original script similar to it landed on a Hollywood executive's desk today, it wouldn't be able to produce it for fear of offending a certain group of people. In the film, fun-loving teen Kevin Bacon travels to a small town where preacher John Lithgow has banned rock music and dancing. One show that is called Jesus TV, religion is portrayed on televisions as enlightening, like anything else, and, in a straightforward and unapologetic manner. In my opinion there is an illustration of public theology and that is The Passion. Instead of proclaiming the religion to civilization, this idea encourages conversation between and within culture. The foundation is the unmanifested nature of Christianity, which extends beyond the confines of the religion. I feel that God has left his mark on the secular society since he honoured it by revealing himself to humanity in the person of Jesus Christ. Nevertheless, this is more about a two-way conversation than it is about a certain objective. The clergy and religion are often criticised in addition to the world. Their interaction with many social institutions and all facets of life benefits them in turn. According to Christianity, God made the earth and also the sky in the starting. The world was formless and void, and the surface of the sea was covered in blackness. And over the surface of the waves, the Spirit of God was hovering. However, many televisions and media somewhat deny the existence of God and his creation. The majority of those who oversee and regulate television shows are not just unbelievers but also anti-theists. These media officials genuinely believe it is their responsibility to be agents of societal change, as the Lichter-Rothman investigations have decisively demonstrated (Hendershot, 2010.). Free abortion, homosexual rights, divorce, and obscenity are essential components of this "social revolution," and the Christian Church opposes these activities, so the natural instinct is to denigrate and mock the media's "enemy," the Church.
