You are expected to choose either one book-length OR three article-length written pieces related to design - either specifically about design thinking or digital design, or general design topics if agreed with your tutor - in order to summarise and reflect their main ideas. You will need to evaluate which aspects of design thinking your chosen literature relates to, and how. Your submission will take the form of a presentation (slide deck) in a standard format, which you will present to the class during the week after the submission date. The support. Relevant books and articles will be introduced as material for you to choose from during class. Your tutor will provide a template for the review. It is not mandatory to use the template but represents the required scope and structure for the task.

It has been discussed that a person who works with a team and receives cooperation from every member will lead the organisation towards success. Collaboration and communication are necessary for the team as they accelerate the whole process of brainstorming. Design gradually evolved with software applications and the designers have to learn new representation methods. The application of IoT eliminates the physical process of manufacturing and gives birth to expensive technologies. The group faced different challenges with software applications which makes the working culture complex. On the other hand, the designs develop a culture of learning and enhancing previous skills. Shared understanding is a technique for making the Lean UX process successful. People have to gather more insight to develop their strategic choices. The principles for driving the team culture are focusing on the outcomes rather than the outputs, accepting failures, being self-sufficient, having self-confidence, sharing understanding and removing waste. The principles define the core message to make a competitive and efficient design for the clients. Summary Language is a very important measure for designing and participating in Lean UX. “Minimum Viable Products” works as the resources of research and learning. Assumptions also play an important role in the Lean UX process. The big four assumptions include business outcomes, users, user outcomes and features. For example, mitigating a customer complaint and making an eco-commerce platform more efficient. The team should be involved in gathering concerns and opinions to give importance to every member. Declaring design also follows a series of processes which includes analysing the report of using current products. Analysing the usability reports will guide the customer action for the particular product. Information on past attempts should be gathered and popper justification is needed for problem-solving which is responsible for improving company performance. The design thinking process can be developed with the application of IoT. Lean UX shirts with the process of changing for the product teams and designers. The development of a team involves collaboration which gives transparency and inclusivity. The tea just needs to point in the right direction to mitigate the risk of design thinking. Designing thinking 2 Design thinking is an important tool for Lean UX which has an explicit position. It encourages the team to apply their creativity and collaborate in their roles for an effective outcome. An agile team is cross-functional and every member is important for production. They help to maintain the flow of the work and contribute to effective outcomes (Swartz et al. 2020). In design thinking, team collaboration is important for the agile development of the project. Conversation and collaboration over deliverables are the major technique to make it successful. Engagement if the team is required to implement diversity within the project. Frequent exchange of ideas and opinions helps to move rapidly. The system is relatable to feedback and motivation systems within the team. Challenges may increase decision-making and problem-solve for business issues. It can be done with group discussion which is required to increase business viability. Designing thinking 3 Design is evolving to access more data. It helps in managing the stakeholders of the business and it is necessary for increasing productivity ad profit margin as well. Software development has made things more feasible (Micheli et al. 2019). For instance, customer interaction and negotiation are possible with a technological implementation. Software updates indicate a shared understanding between the team members and the customer. It results in the rapid development of products, innovative design and change and team investment. Thus, it contributes to faster iterations and validates learning for every team member. With software development and agile team members, an appropriate design of a business solution can be drawn. The feedback loop supports “build, measure and learn” and makes the team implement minimum viable products for further development. Thus, the process will give importance to static management and tactical values as well. Application 1 It has been learned that technology has changed our life and thinking processes. The agile team is more efficient in making a project fruitful. Team collaboration is required to implement appropriate business solutions. The team members should be valued to avoid market risk and incorrect assumptions (Braun and Clarke, 2022). In future, I want to participate in agile team working and will improve my communication skill. It will help me to listen to the opinions of others and improve my insight. It is required for collaboration as well and helps to mitigate designing risk. I will maintain the principle of an agile team to make project management efficient. One of the major requirements for the agile team includes cross-functional and problem-focused. Application 2 It has been learned that technology is an important factor to make the project successful. I want to keep my team small, co-located and dedicated with 10 core members. It will help in project success and the team will be free to express their opinion (Zaina et al. 2021). 360-degree feedback will be implemented to accept every view regarding project management in an agile team.
