Task outline

You are required to analyse the supplied case and write a report based on the questions provided with the

case. This is an individual assignment and should be submitted via Canvas by the due date.

The case analysis report is an opportunity for you to demonstrate that you understand the elements of integrated

business logistics and the role of logistics and supply chain management in managing the flow of operations and

can apply relevant concepts, theories and strategies to solve supply chain problems. You should discuss each

question logically by using references from academic journals and textbook(s). To support your answer, you can

take help from lecture notes (put the reference as ILŚCM 2023 Lecture Note- week no.), peer-reviewed journal

articles and authentic websites.

This assignment must be delivered in a report format. The following structure is recommended for your

report:

o RMIT cover page

o Table of contents and word count

o Executive summary/Abstract

o Introduction

O Case analysis questions/discussion (see the case study- at the end of this document)

o Recommendation and conclusion

o Reference list

o Appendices (if any) containing:

Reference style: Reference of all articles and sources of information referenced in the report is mandatory. Please

Word limit: 2300+10% words (excluding table of contents, references and appendix)
