The A, B, C, D matrices of a state space system are given below:

How many state variables, inputs and outputs does this system have? Assign names: x₁,x₂,... to state variables, u₁, U₂, ... to inputs and y₁, y2, ... to outputs then write the x, u, y vectors. The D matrix of this system is all zeros, write down the D matrix showing its proper dimensions. What is the transfer function matrix of above system? Use equation 7 - 7 (Handout 7) to find it by MATLAB. Find the system outputs as functions of time given that the first input is a unit step function and all other inputs, and all initial conditions are zeros.
